چهارمین دوره رقابتهای رالی قهرمانی کشور با حضور 40 شرکت کننده به میزبانی تهران برگزار شد. این مسابقات از ششم بهمن و به مدت 2 روز برگزار شد و 40 شرکت کننده در قالب 20 خودرو از استانهای خوزستان، تهران، خراسان رضوی، قزوین، هرمزگان شرکت کردند.

رانندگان در هر دو روز مسیرهای سرزمین ایرانیان – پرندک – زاویه – اتوبان ساوه و بالعکس را طی نموده و خط پایان مسابقه پیست اتومبیلرانی مجموعه ورزشی آزادی بود.
