رعایت نکردن مقررات راهنمایی و رانندگی از سوی برخی از موتورسیکلت سواران علاوه بر تشدید وضعیت نابسامان ترافیک در شهر، موجب زیر پا گذاشتن حقوق شهروندی و فاصله گیری از فرهنگ شهر نشینی است. تردد در پیاده روها، بی توجهی به چراغ راهنمایی و رانندگی، پارک در معابر عمومی، نداشتن کلاه ایمنی، حمل بارهای سنگین و... گوشه ای از این معضلات است.
